I don't quite understand why you would need cad files, all the info needed is in the .jpeg file he has up top. You could program from that and be done with it and if you had any questions from that, just email and get a response.

What kind of radius are you goint to allow in the center where the 2 humps come down? Cost wise I believe .125 radius would work out for you. Also where would you like the 3 holes drilled and tapped at, assuming you want 3 as when you go to clamp the outer 2, the middle would bow up and remain...
