40 parts - Part 1

I need to get the following part made.
(40) PIVOT BUSHING HOLDER,
MAT'L: C1018 CRS OR OTHER WELDABLE STEEL
2.250 DIM SHOULD BE 2.245±.001, OTHER DIMS ±.005

I have 3 other parts to this assembly and would like to give all 4 parts to the same vendor. Only USA vendors please. Would like delivery in 3 weeks or less.

Mike. I think there is a demension missing for the internal recess. Im guessing a washer goes here. I think anyway. Thanks. Mike.

The depth of the 1.255 dia recess should be .100±.005 deep. A bronze washer goes in the recess. Also, the 1.000 dia thru hole should be bored or reamed to 1.000 dia for a press fit on bronze bushings that get pressed into the bore.
