1) Material type :
1/4 Aluminum. 6061 or polycarbonate(lexan) if you can do both, please quote for both.

2) material:
Material included in price, supplied by shop doing the work.

3) Quantity: 2 possibility of repeat orders.
the job might have future orders from other people. this item is hard to get in north America.

4) Drawings:

you do not have to drill or tap the small holes, or mill the step around the perimiter.

5) Required time frame
ASAP

6) RFQ ending time
2 weeks

Please let me know if you can anodize as well, and how much extra that is.
(alu only obviously)

The job was awarded to a US shop

Is a mill finish 1/4" thick plate ok, or does the thickness need to be machined?

Do all edges need a chamfer, or will you be tumbling (or otherwise) deburring these?

you do not have to drill or tap the small holes, or mill the step around the perimiter.

Is this an option or a request?

Seeing as how all your dimensions are 3 decimal places, is +/-.005" tolerance ok? What about flatness?
