First time on site,hope I do this correctly. I need a quote on a tool set to be made, material 2024t3 al,6" in leanth 1"wide,.090 thickness.5 tools per set, 3 sets.This will be a test set, if approved a large order will be made and follow up sets are likley. mat. cost for an 18 by 12 sheet of .09 t2024-t3 sheet is 25.00
and to have it cut into the strips is 18.50
assumming you are making wrenches or similiar tools
i will wire edm them in 5 setups
at an estemated cost of 2 hours machine time
dependant on your dxf files
making the cost of the 3 sets at 133.50 plus shipping
