THE MATERIAL IS FLAT STOCK,THICKNESS IS .250. THE WIDTH IS 1.000 ,ONE LEG IS 7.5 & THE OTHER LEG IS
7.750 WITH INSIDE RADIUS IS .5
need 500 parts in 2 weeks
will take delivery of 200 per week

the only way I found the material is in sheet form. Would sheared edges be ok. I can shear them to size and then bend. THanks

That is all I am finding in that material...is there any specific reason you spec'd 5052. I can get 6063 in flat bar and saw the ends and bend...Or do as Brockent said..shear and form

Hi. I have bent up some 1 1/2 x 1/4 6061 T-6 and it looks good (no stress cracks) ,If you are still looking for a quote ,PM me and I'll get back to you
