Small Job Quote Needed Multiple Complex Milled and Turned Parts Needed

I am looking for a quote on these parts. Material is to be included in the price. It is all tight tolerance work, completion of the parts must be before the 4th week of April. If there's any missing information on the drawings please contact me. This is for a URI Mechanical Engineering Senior Design Project, therefor payment will be provided by the University itself so familiarity with this type of purchasing system is a plus.
We need:
1 Leadscrew
1 Housing
1 Cover
1 Bearing Felt Retainer
6 Pucks
3 Keys
1 Translating Plate
6 Puck Wiper Retaining Plates

I take it that the translating plate involve a woodruff key to make? Got any solid models BTW?

Yes the slots were intended to be machined with a woodruff cutter. Also we do have solid models (Solidworks 08), the shop that is awarded the job will receive them if desired.

What type of purchasing system is it?

It's a State University, so the purchasing system works similar to any other government job. On our end we need to collect a minimum of 3 different quotes. The University will then select the least expensive of all of the quotes submitted. All billing and payment will take place with the University itself, not the design team.
