This part in 1 1/2 Inch Schedule 40 Steel Pipe. There are 2 bends and both ends are NPT threaded.

I have to get a couple things in the drawing corrected.

I did not want to specify a bend radius for the bends. This will keep it open to whatever tooling people have available.

Not sure why he specified the thread length at 1.56". Anyone know if this is correct?

The important things are that there is a 5" offset and one leg is 21" long from the end to where the bend begins. All bends are in the same plane.

Need a quote for 1 prototype.
Need a quote for 100pcs.
Want quote for semi gloss black powder coat if available.
Want quote for shipping or I can have them picked up.

30 day time frame.

Thanks
Jason

Here's another consideration. The bend angle could be changed to 148°.

I'll have it redrawn with this in mind.

Thanks

Looked this one over quickly---a couple of comments.
Bend spread is too tight for standard dies, you'll probably be better off with welded 45's.
45's will give you a 1.5" CLR or 2.25" CLR depending on whether you use short or long radius configuration. Thread length (overall) for 1-1/2" pipe is 1.025 but may vary with die set.
Good luck.
