I have never had a bunch of these made before I usually bend them by hand in titanium. 6al4v titanium is my first choice, but I'm not opposed to stainless steel if that is more better. 
1) Material type - stainless or Titanium
2) Is a material quote required or is material supplied. - I will send you material
3) Quantity - 300 to start, probably a couple times a year
4) Drawings available
5) Required time frame - no hard time line right now, just like everyone sooner is better than later
6) RFQ ending time - 1 week

I have attached a pdf to show shape, the over all length is about 1.75 inches. Dimensioned drawings upon request.
