It was stupid of me not to provide more information. The largest piece would 62” by 32”. I’m not sure if he wants patterns or finished parts. Patterns could be made from luan, if finished parts the stock would be ¾”- ½” marine plywood. There would be no inside corners smaller than 3/16”...

I do 3D CAD work as a sideline. I get work mostly by referrals. Many of those I work with are concerned about protecting the work from being copied. If this work is done in India what remedies do they have if someone there starts producing this work without consent. Gary
