Could you give an idea of the dimensions?

It was stupid of me not to provide more information. The largest piece would 62” by 32”. I’m not sure if he wants patterns or finished parts. Patterns could be made from luan, if finished parts the stock would be ¾”- ½” marine plywood. There would be no inside corners smaller than 3/16”. Tolerance would +/- .030”.
