Please clarify internal Ra and does the material require certs?

Internal Ra will need to be honed.
Shouldn't these be 416ss and hardened before honing?

Yes the material does need to be 316 s/s, material certification is not required.

The internal bore does need to be 8 rms or better, and is 0.750 Dia, +/- .001
