Small Job Quote Needed 6061 Aluminum Part, 2 Pcs Only

Looking for a quote to get two (2) of the following made from 6061 aluminum. Bare with me on the drawings as the cad software I'm using isn't the greatest for that. These are best suited for a small cnc milling machine.

I can send dwg and step files if wanted.
