We are looking for someone in the Seattle - Tacoma area or near there to do some tooling work. Aluminum B side core inserts 9" round by 3" high. 3D file available. Prefer someone who has worked with injection molds if possible.
We want to establish a relationship with a vendor for one-off contract work for tool repairs, changes etc.
1) Material type - 6061 or 7075
2) Is a material quote required or is material supplied. - Either
3) Quantity - 2 now - 2 similar parts later
4) Drawings should be immediately available or necessary specs. - Have 2D and 3D
5) Required time frame -need feedback this week - parts in another week if possible
6) RFQ ending time -Monday 17th
7) Full contact information should be supplied upon first contact by email from both parties, neither should have to reply to @.com - Email fax etc. will be available
8) If you the RFQ poster needs help in some of the technical areas then that should be made know initially. No technical assistance should be needed
9) Make known any special treatments/finishes not necessarily related to the machining process.
