Hello everyone,

I need 20 small pulleys turned out of steel. The stock is really no big deal, 4130 or similar is fine. Tolerances are not a big deal but the bore should be slightly plus as it will be sliding over a shaft (Not Press Fit). I don't know what a reasonable tolerance for such would be. If possible could I get a quote for the part as is and also a quote for the part with a #6-32 hole tapped through the groove to the bore for a setscrew.

Thank you for your time,
-Justin Mathews

How about 1018 or A2? Also what is the allowable flat or radius at the bottom of the .0625 depth, I would need to be .010 minimum to allow for off the shelf insert tooling. So the shaft is .125 diameter? If so the tolerance should be .126-.127.
