I am shopping? Two differnet size parts
Part - 1
You supply 5 good quality stubby type Cobolt or Micro grain Carbide 4mm end mills (single side 4 flute). Perferably with an imperial shank.
Right down the middle you drill (EDM) a 2.00mm hole (tol. +-0.01mm) about 8mm deep from the fluted side, without materially affecting the temper of the cutter.
The cutter will be used to plunge cut 1mm deep into brass leaveing a 2mm diameter pin behind.
Part 2
Same idea as part one but this time the cutter is two flute Micro grain carbide. The cutter is 3/16" diameter with a 1/16" (-0.001") hole and 1/4" deep. Require 10 of these. This cutter will be used on 303 stainless.
The hole depth tolerance is not critical in either case.
If the above work out, I will come back regualrly for more.
