Small Job Quote Needed Screws turned down and tapped washers

I need the heads of 1/2-20 x 1/2 under head SHCS, turned down to 5/8 and faced to .375, then threaded to 5/8-11.

I also need .937 dia. brass bar stock drilled and tapped 1/2-20 then cut off to 1/4 thick.

I can supply the stock, or you can, please quote both ways.

Need 100pcs each, may be reoccurring if product works out.

I for one am not sure what you mean by under head socket head cap screw,
instead of guessing can you post a jpg or a link to a catalog? I doubt I am the only one confused.

I may be wrong but I assume he is referring to the length of the screw under the head.

Are these standard grade 8 or some other material?

If there is any place on a 1/2-20 SHCS that can be turned down to and threaded to 5/8-11 my "old school" nomenclature would refer to them as stripper or shoulder bolts. Might as well ask what edge breaks are needed on the
threaded spacers, I am sure the I.D. should be champhered .005-.010 per side larger that the thread major.

Refers to socket head cap screw, the socket head is .75" dia. , so there is plenty of the (Head) to thread for the 5/8-11 he is asking for.

You are a class act, most people on the other continents try to not disclose shipping charges when bidding, the Chinese are famous for that.

In my opinion it is fair to mention all the costs, so the customer doesn't get fooled around with unexpected expenses.

I have been thinking what would be the reaction of US shops when i quote here, after all i'm not from china if that is all that matters.

That was quick, what did they go for if you don't mind saying! I only had time to get a quote on the screws from my supplier.
