Please quote included drawing with quantities of 40 and 200 each.

Material: AL6061-T6 or other tempered aluminum alloy

Prefer shop supplied material.

I can provide 3D files upon request.

Can the .125in dimension be changed to ref. for stock size? 6061 sheet may deviate outside the .002 tolerance a bit. I assume both holes are .071 from the horizontal edges?

If sheet thickness tolerance can stay within -.005 +.010 then we should be okay, but I know that this varies by supplier. And .071 dimension is from the horizontal / leading edge.
