The .610 x .56 x .25 pocket is drawn less a fillet in the corner, a radius is acceptable in the corners where the threaded holes are located. Any size rad. acceptable as to not interfere with holes.
Also, fillet radii are also acceptable for the .18 slot.
Use of 3/16" cutter (.1875) acceptable.
.dwg file has text overrides on some dims.
.dwg files aparantly not supported on this forum which is why I uploaded .dxf.
Use caution if importing .dxf to machining center(s).
